You are welcome to organise conferences, training courses and presentations at the President Hotel.
Training courses
The Conference Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel, next to the Renaissance Restaurant.
It is a single-space room without any partitions or supports with daylight coming only from one side through three huge windows. The three other walls can provide background for any presentation. At the Conference Room we may serve both ‘coffee breaks’ and complete lunches, as well as buffet banquets. Thanks to location close to the kitchen, the service is fast and efficient.
At the wish of our guests we may provide the following equipment:

- slide projector
- notebook
- printer
- scanner
- public address system with microphones
- additional spotlights
Private meetings
For special family meetings or business meetings we recommend the wonderful interior of the Presidential Suite. The tastefully arranged sitting room enables the organisation of meetings for up to 12 people. We ensure privacy with full waiter’s service.

We may offer:
- the Bride and Groom welcome with bread and salt, according to the old Polish tradition
- the Presidential Suite for the Newly Weds with a bottle of sparkling wine, fruit basket and breakfast served to the room – free of charge
- special price for the stay of the wedding guests – PLN 100 per person in a double room, breakfast included
- flower decorations at the restaurant
- place cards for the guests on the tables
- musical setting – live piano music during the dinner
- wedding cake
- menu of choice at prices starting from PLN 149
- dinner voucher (free of charge) for the Young Couple on the fist wedding anniversary (or on another selected date)
- possibility to try the menu before the wedding

Press conferences
The elegant interior of the President Café is a perfect place for meetings with journalists. We are highly experienced in organising press breakfasts and brunches.

Business breakfasts
You are welcome to organise business breakfasts at the Renaissance Restaurant. You shall be offered an exquisite menu, perfect service and elegant interior for business negotiations.
Special parties
For a family reunion or a friends meeting we propose a special setting. We offer to you the elegant interior of the Presidential Suite with the lovely view of the town, as well as the spacious Renaissance Restaurant. At your request we shall prepare an exquisite menu, special table decorations and live piano music.
