Renaissance Restaurant
Our menu – The Renaissance Herald – comprises the most liked dishes of the world’s cuisine such as the salad à la Caesar, Sandwich Club or autumn pork loins with boletus stewed in cream, as well as special game dishes: delicate duck breast served with blackberries or grilled beef sirloin served with romantic roseship preserve with a drop of Calvados. We prepare and serve traditional dishes in a modern way. We also offer many tasty vegetarian dishes prepared solely on Ghee butter. Our home-made goose in fig sauce with brandy gained esteem among many guests. The Renaissance Herald is published every quarter, therefore, four times a year we compose a new menu based on fresh seasonal products. The Head Chef recommends seasonal ‘musts’ such as Old Polish potatoe soup or marinated catfish baked with truffle sauce.
At the Renaissance Restaurant you are served by an experienced team of waiters who shall courteously and discretely advise you in the selection of dishes and wines.
Breakfasts in the form of a buffet are served between 6:30 and 10:30. An extremely rich choice makes your breakfast at the Renaissance Restaurant a good beginning of a day. Also people who do not stay at our hotel are invited to breakfast. Our breakfasts have become an opportunity for many business and press meetings. An invitation to breakfast is a nice form of meeting in a less formal atmosphere. A breakfast costs PLN 50 per person.
Restaurant Renaissance has also prepared special gourmet packages for every genuine food connoisseur - only PLN 40 per person.
Guests waiting for the ordered dish shall be offered home-made Italian bread – focaccia.
